My Kind

Soft from the inside,
Yet tough on the whole.
Women are known to exhibit varying colors
Are leaders , be it any role.

For centuries having lived,
Under the shadow of men
Little had they revealed then,
The actions that followed the plan.

Sometimes greed, sometimes avarice,
Such can be their way.
Nevertheless, kindness blended with love,
Comes along before you say.

They tend to hurt the ones they love,
With words as sharp as knife.
And expect the offender to get their point
Be it Tom's or be it Dick's wife.

Think much and worry more
For things as small as it can be.
Yet, after all the head storming,
There's sometimes little point that you see.

With a heart that melts right away,
Without having to do much.
Women are a blessing to the universe,
Who are born to love, to forget all grudge.

We are the sugar kissed candies,
With a pinch of spice.
Without us life would be dull,
And left to only but a slice.
